helw sir i am from bokaro steel city and our channels are not displayed clearly. we have already recharged dhamal pack and active games for 1 year of rs. 2920. even active games is not working kindly solve the problem as soon as possible
i have not received the services of tata sky many days my customer id is 100527117 icomplaint many times to helpline no. but my problem is not solved and co regulary deduct the service charges from my a/c and i lost a lot of money to call the helpline no.other dth co. have a toll free no. for complaints but tata sky helpline no is chargeble why
Registered Mobile No. 9282414840 I have no service for the past ten days. After registering so many complaints today a service engineer came home and inspected the dish antenna first. Then he came and started downloading a software. After that he checked the signal strength and said that was good.After switching on when we had the same disruption of service, he said that there is some problem with the set top box. When I enquired about the receiving POGO channel alone clearly, he had no answer except to say that another person will come and attend to it. I am not satisfied with the customer care and delay in service.
